We love to celebrate at Angela Moore and St. Patrick's Day is no exception! Here's our happy group after a close game of Irish trivia, where the "Celtic Cuties" took the win. Whether we wear Lucky Leprechaun or Live It Up, our Celtic Cuties and Sizzlin' Shamrockers know that the next party is always just around the corner!

Miss Rhode Island is an Angela Moore girl!

We love local success stories and here's a special one to celebrate ... Ashley Bickford, Miss Rhode Island, is a graduate student at Newport's Salve Regina University, where she is on full scholarship, thanks to her pageant winnings.  Also a girly girl, Ashley is a big Angela Moore collector and she traveled to the Miss America pageant in style.  Her fav's?  Raj Revival, Giraffe Baby Pink and Summer in the City. Here's Ashley shown with Gary and our Angela Moore team at her send off party.  Go Ashley!

Halloween Magic for the Angela Moore Direct Team!

Our Angela Moore Direct team is normally knee deep in paperwork and phone calls .... but not on Halloween!   That's the day we reserve for trick or treating with office friends.  Each year we hold a costume contest and the AM Direct team really shines!

Rita Burk of St. Louis, MO discovered our products while visiting Newport last summer.  While shopping online at angelamoore.com, Rita sent angelamooredirect.com an e-mail wishing to host her own Angela Moore party:  “All of my friends have been impressed with my bracelet.  I have purchased several more as gifts.  I think having a party would be fun!” 

Leads like these are golden!  We love to pass them along to you.  After learning of the lead, Style Consultant Pat Rice placed an enthusiastic phone call to Ms. Burk and scheduled a party.Here are Rita’s friends admiring the collection at their own private AM Style Show.  Rita had a $900 party and earned $180 in free merchandise.

"Girls Gone Shopping" in Philadelphia!

Gina Whalen (left) and Missy Bryan (right) had a fabulous shopping and spa experience benefiting the Susan G Komen Foundation in Philadelphia recently. Over 25 vendors participated and products included jewelry, fashion, home accents and super spa services (manis, pedis, eyelashes, massages, etc). Guests grooved to a DJ, enjoyed free drinks and snacks from a chocolate fountain....yum! Missy and Gina sold almost $500 in merchandise and made many contacts (two parties for gals they met at the event). Great cause, fun event and another one planned for spring...get your shopping shoes ready!

Our monthly Conference Calls are packed with valuable tips for success and Tiffany Harovas (Deep River, CT) is a great example of how the process works. Tiffany listens in and comes away with style tips, product information and ideas for how to talk about everything from Bonus Gifts to brand new bookings. To prep for her first party, Tiffany stocked up her Style Kit with “must haves” and spent time creating mix and match options for her guests. Plus, she had friends model bracelet combos. Tiffany also featured current Guest Specials and nearly half the guests spent $100 to get the bonus bracelet for $20. Everyone loved the collection and Tiffany received 4 bookings from this party…she’s off to a great start!

Color Your World and Count on Success!

Combine colorful Angela Moore products with some pretty seasonal touches and you’ve set the stage for success. A display that was all about color (and strewn with flower petals and seashells to remind guests that spring and summer are just around the corner) led to guest sales of more than $2000 for Pam Freedman's first Angela Moore party ever! Plus four guests at the party at her home in Keswick, Virginia (just outside Charlottesville) agreed to host upcoming shows. Pam was recruited by college friend and sorority sister Mimi Steadman of Williamsville, New York (who was nice enough to loan her samples for the party). We love a happy ending that’s marked with new beginnings!

Mom Makes New Friends and Everyone Wins!

Hosting an open house is a great way to meet new friends and neighbors, and Gerilyn Curtin-Lessing (East Islip, NY) knows just how to set things up. Gerilyn (on right) and her mom hosted a party at her mom's East Islip home and they organized their display to feature favorite classics and fun bestsellers. The party included 10 lovely ladies who selected jewelry for themselves, plus gifts for upcoming occasions. With sales of over $1000, the party was a big success and it goes to show that mothers and daughters make amagic as a team!

Fund Raising is Fun!

We love helping raise money for a favorite cause and it's great when a whole group gets behind it.  In conjunction with her PTA, Karen Curtin (Frederick, MD) partnered with sister direct selling companies to raise money for the St. John school, and the results were terrific.  Each company held their own home party and the consultants had fun networking with others in thier field.  Karen's party totaled $1500 and raised $300 for the school.  Keep the FUN in your FUNdraising parties by trying different ideas like this one.  It's all for the cause!!

This past holiday season Peggy (pictured here at left) scheduled catalog shows, personal shopping hours, plus home parties! At Angela Moore, we're big believers in looking your best and setting up a terrific display when you have a party. Your extra effort pays big dividends, and it makes you feel good, too! Here are award-winning Style Manager Marlene Sims (Huntington, WV) and Hostess Sondra Andrews dressed to impress at a recent party. Marlene and her hostesses always coordinate their outfits. Here she wears black to accent blacks and neutrals and Sondra wears pink and green to accent our bright colors. Marlene also uses fabric swatches, one of our favorite ways to show how just one bracelet can go with so many different outfits. Marlene demonstrated this to the 18 ladies in attendance and the result was $1600 in sales, with Sondra receiving over $300 in FREE merchandise. Looking good and feeling great is the Angela Moore motto!

Tish Rodde from South Hamilton, MA dressed her boys for success at her Back To School party in September! Here is a picture of her son, Thomas (on the left) and his friend Thomas Adam wearing Mermaid Magic in mint and Froggy Prince in blue. Looking clean and crisp, these boys were a big hit! She sold three ties that night for three lucky men! Way to fall back into fashion and show off the new Angela Moore style for men! Keep up with the trends and add essentials to your Style Kit for those sales!

School's Out … It's Time for Ladies Night!

Summertime is party time, and Tish Rodde (South Hamilton, MA) has the recipe for success!Tish (left) and hostess Cami Beckham (Wenham, MA)had a party recently that featured a pink, green and tangerine theme. They served Cosmos, Appletinis and Mimosas to their delighted guests and the ladies had a great time shopping. Tish and Cami used the school’s out theme for this party and tied in a fun summer theme that works for refreshments and our collections. Their table makes a big splash with lots of product choices and the cocktails were a stylish way to entertain.This tropical night resulted in over $700 in sales.Cheers!
